Meet Our Leadership Team

Jeremy D. Bartlett, Architect/Firm Principal

Jeremy D. Bartlett is a licensed Architect and Firm Principal with over 25 years of experience in architectural design and construction. Throughout his career, Jeremy has contributed to a wide range of project types, including senior living, religious, commercial, industrial, retail, financial, office, residential, healthcare, and hospitality spaces. 


Jeremy is engaged in nearly every project Thrive Architects develops. Each project reflects the firm’s commitment to serving our client’s and our firms core values; Prioritizing the Built Environment, Commitment to Community, Client Centered Communication, Candor/Honesty, Personable and Making Sure Each Project is a Success by Delivering Unwavering Commitment.


Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Beyond Architecture his diverse background includes experience with construction management, structural engineering, civil engineering, pre-construction services and business development. This multidisciplinary foundation enables him to lead the firm with a balance of technical precision and creative vision.


Beyond his professional practice, Jeremy is actively engaged in his local community. Since 2010, he has served on the City of Muskego’s Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, playing a key role in shaping the city’s built environment. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA), LeadingAge Wisconsin, and the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments (SAGE), where he continues to advocate for innovation and excellence in senior care design.

David M. Raschka, Architect/Associate Principal

David M. Raschka is an Architect and Associate Principal with over a decade of experience in the architectural profession. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is recognized for his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to design.


David is currently leading work on the expansion of Evin Senior Living and White Stone Church, both in Oconomowoc. His designs reflect a commitment to creating spaces that are not only functional but built to stand the test of time. His experience covers a broad base of project types, including senior care, dental, veterinary, municipal, and recreational projects. David brings a level of passion to the office and continues to push the team for continued improvement and growth.


In addition to his architectural practice, David is active in civic service, serving on the West Allis Plan Commission and the Capital Improvement Committee. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), underscoring his dedication to design excellence and professional standards. In his off hours, David has also volunteered many hours with both the Wright in Wisconsin organization and the Frank Lloyd Wright’s Burnham Block. David has served as a docent or tour guide for many years with both organizations, sharing his interest and excitement for architecture with others.

Jeff M. Stowe, Architect/Associate Principal

Jeff M. Stowe is a licensed architect and Associate Principal with 20 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.


With a focus on retail, hospitality, and business environments, Jeff has led design efforts for notable projects such as Wisconsin P&P Amusement, Summit Credit Union, Water Street Brewery, and Shattered Glass Brewery. His diverse portfolio demonstrates a deep understanding of both functional and creative design needs across a variety of sectors.


In addition to his design expertise, Jeff has a strong background in strategic planning and business development, having spent twelve years as the sole proprietor of his own architectural firm. He is a committed member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centered design solutions.

Angie L. Streckenbach, Licensed Architect/Associate Principal

Angie L. Streckenbach is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an MBA with a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Iowa.


Angie’s expertise spans a broad range of project types, including healthcare, retail, financial, commercial, industrial, religious, office, residential, and hospitality. Her notable projects with Thrive Architects include Wolf River CBRF in Middle Village, WI, The Good Dentist in Merton, River Park Apartments in Glendale, and Geneva Parkway Medical Center in Lake Geneva, WI.


With experience in SketchUp and Interior Design, Angie combines strong visual and technical skills to enhance every project. Her studies in business also make her key in the company’s strategic planning and business development.


Angie is an active member with the Fox West Chamber of Commerce, Heart of the Valley Chamber and Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce. She has been a committee member for the Walk to End Alzheimer's – Fox Cities since 2024, contributing to both professional and community causes. When not at work, you might find her off in the woods camping, hitting the links golfing, reading anywhere she can, or doing a watercolor painting at home.

Ashley M. Pollex, Project Manager

Ashley M. Pollex is a Project Manager with over nine years of experience in design and construction across a diverse range of projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and brings more than ten years of drafting expertise to her role.


In addition to her technical skills, Ashley has over six years of experience in marketing and business development, blending creative vision with strategic thinking to deliver comprehensive solutions. Notable projects she has contributed to include the Waukesha Parade Memorial at Grede Park and Main Street, White Stone Church in Oconomowoc, Waukesha State Bank and Stor-It Right in Oconomowoc.


Ashley is an active member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in architecture.


Outside of work, Ashley enjoys camping, thrifting, and spending time with her two pugs -  Dottie and Frank.
